I love what I do but still, sometimes, I let anxiety get the best of me. I worry about the things yet to happen and things I cannot control. There are a few things I like to contemplate to invoke positive energy, especially when I feel the rush of a new week coming on. These seven reminders can change everything.

  2. Exercise. Move.
  3. Give without expectation.
  4. Lead to help others lead.
  5. Breath the air. The world is beautiful even when you feel otherwise.
  6. Be kind to yourself.
  7. Smile, even when you don’t feel like it.
