Monday mornings may seem like the worst time to take a break. There are lots of things to add to the list of to-dos and the unplanned to-dos quickly start adding to it. As the list grows, so can the anxiety and feeling of “how in the heck am i going to accomplish it all?”
So, take a deep breath, understand that we are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for, watch this video below and then dive in. It’s going to be a great week.
