“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.” Buddha
Energy is everything. It is created by what you say, what you feel, what you do and what you don’t do. It evokes emotion and reaction. It comes from the music you listen to, the films you watch, the streets you walk on, the sun you watch rise and set, the job you do and the causes you are passionate about. Energy affects how you think and what you accomplish.
The real challenge is to seek positive energy. What in front of you, right now, can make you feel good? If there isn’t anything, what can you do to create that positive energy? Energy flows from one thought to another, one person to another and the negative version spreads quietly like a virus. It takes more effort to kill negative energy than it does positive energy.
How do you create positive energy, even amidst negative energy?
BE HERE NOW.
Focus on the present. Never lose your capacity for enthusiasm. Be kind and forgiving and understand that what you see is not always what it really is. Communicate, seek out others and trust yourself. If you want to attract more positive energy in your life, you have to start by creating it yourself. And of course, share positive energy; it’s highly contagious.
